Judith Pishnery is a seasoned photographer, educator, curator, and creative consultant based in a quiet town in North Georgia. She is the co-founder of Pisconeri Studio, where she offers a range of creative services including photography, digital asset management (DAM) consulting, and visual strategy for clients across industries.
Her professional photography spans editorial, advertising, higher education, branding/headshots, and corporate work, with fine art pieces held in private and corporate collections. Judith holds a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and previously served as a photography professor there, as well as at several other Atlanta-area universities and colleges. While no longer teaching in academia, her 25+ years of experience continue to shape her approach to mentoring and client education.
Through Pisconeri Studio, Judith also leads international photo workshops in Italy, France, Portugal, and select U.S. destinations, blending art, history, culture, food, and travel into immersive learning experiences. Her coaching and expertise empower artists and professionals to explore their creative energy, elevate their craft, streamline workflows, and build sustainable creative practices.
Judith shares life with her husband and several spirited poodles. Her journey began in a small coal mining town in central Pennsylvania, where her passion for photography was first sparked in high school and has since flourished into a multifaceted career.
