Soup is a collection of 21 hearty and easy to make soups from my collection of traditional and modern soups. Soup can be served as the main feature of a hearty meal, or as a side dish accompanying a salad or sandwich. Look for fresh produce and ingredients that are in season and at the peak of their color and flavor. Each recipe is accompanied by a photograph to tempt your palate. Enjoy!
