  We keep our workshops intimate and inspiring—spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Reserve Your Place: Your place is officially reserved only after full payment is received & confirmed. Early sign-up is highly encouraged!
  • Travel Workshops: Registration closes 45 days before the start date—don’t miss your window!
  • Payment Options:
  • Credit/Debit cards: Secure online invoice, easy and protected.
  • Checks: Holds your spot for 5 days post sign-up. If payment isn’t received, your space may be released.
  • Last-Minute Sign-Ups: Registering within 10 days of a workshop? Immediate payment is required to confirm.
  • Late Registration: May include additional travel-related fees.

• Private Lessons & Mentoring

  All private sessions are scheduled in advance and require full payment at booking.

  • Secure Payment: Scheduled upon payment. A secure payment link or invoice will be provided.
  • Private Lesson Fees: Full payment is due at sign-up.
  • Flexible Planning: Schedules to fit your availability.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: All private sessions are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once scheduled and paid, your time is reserved exclusively for you. We appreciate your understanding as we commit resources to ensure a personalized experience.

• International & US Travel Workshops

  • Retainer: A non-refundable 30% fee of the workshop total secures your spot.
  • If a workshop is cancelled or postponed, all payments can be refunded or transferred.
  • If cancelled due to low enrollment, all completed payments will be refunded.
  • Tuition/fees are transferrable: To another participant (any time, with written notice)
  • International Travel: Refunds for 85% of any payment made will be issued if cancelled 60 days or more before the start date of the workshop.
  • US Travel: Refunds for 90% of any payment made will be issued if cancelled 30 days or more before the start date of the workshop.

  
  

• Accommodation Bookings 

  Not quite ready to commit? Pre-registration lets you express interest—no strings attached.

  • Single rooms: transferrable anytime.
  • Shared rooms: transferrable only to same-gender or spouse/partner participants.
  • If a suitable replacement is found, 75% of tuition/travel fees will be refunded.
