Workshop Policy

REGISTRATION DETAILS

To ensure a personalized and high-quality experience, each workshop is limited in capacity and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.


  • Secure Your Spot: Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Early registration is strongly encouraged, as availability is limited.
  • Travel Workshops: Registration for all travel-based workshops closes 45 days prior to the start date.
  • Payment Options:
      Credit Card payments are processed through a secure online invoice for your convenience and protection.
      Check Payments will hold your registration for 5 days from the date of online sign-up. If payment is not received within that window, your spot may be released.
  • Last-Minute Registrations: For workshops beginning within 10 days of registration, immediate payment is required to confirm participation.

PRE-REGISTRATION Policy

Interested in an upcoming workshop but not ready to commit? Pre-registration allows you to express interest without obligation.

  • No Payment Required: Pre-registration does not require a deposit or retainer. It simply lets us know you're considering a specific workshop.
  • Stay Informed: You’ll receive early notifications—typically 45–60 days before travel workshops and 30 days before local workshops—as well as updates on availability, special offers, and priority access if a session begins to fill.
  • Flexible Planning: Pre-registration helps you plan ahead while keeping your options open.
  • Please note: Pre-registration is not available for workshops scheduled to begin within the next 30 days.

PRIVATE LESSONS & TUTORING Policy

All private lessons and tutoring sessions are scheduled in advance and require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Secure Payment: Upon scheduling, you’ll receive a secure online invoice for the full amount of time reserved.
  • Workshops:
  • Tuition and Travel Fees are due in full 60 days prior to the first day of the workshop. If registering within 60 days of the start date, payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Late registration may incur additional travel-related fees.

Communication & Confirmation

  • All inquiries—including registration, pre-registration, and general questions—will be responded to within 3–5 business days, often sooner.
  • You’ll receive confirmation via email, or feel free to call us directly with any questions or special requests.

Payment policy

  • Workshops: Your space in any workshop is officially reserved once registration and full payment are received. Early registration is recommended to ensure availability.
  • Private Lessons: Tutoring sessions are scheduled upon receipt of payment. A secure online invoice will be provided at the time of booking.


Cancellation & Refund policy

International and US travel workshops*

  • A non-refundable $750 retainer secures your spot upon registration.
    • Refunds vary based on cancellation notice:

    • If a workshop is cancelled or postponed for any reason, all payments and fees will be refunded or transferred to the new date at your request.
    • If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, all completed payments will be refunded.
    • Tuition and fees are transferrable to another workshop if made 60+ days before the start date.
    • Tuition and fees are transferrable to another participant (not already registered) at any time with written notice to Pisconeri Workshops.

    • Room bookings:
      1. Single rooms: transferrable at any time.
        Double/shared rooms: transferrable only to same-gender participants.
        If a suitable replacement is found for a shared room, 75% of tuition and travel fees will be refunded.


    Atlanta & Southeast US Workshops*

      Refunds vary based on cancellation notice:

    • Payments are held until 14 days before the workshop and processed at that time.
    • If the workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, payments will not be processed.
    • If cancelled or postponed for any reason, all payments and fees will be refunded or transferred to the new date at your request.

    Private Lessons & Corporate Training

    • Must be prepaid to confirm scheduling.
    • Cancellation or rescheduling:

      48-71 hours  25%  
       Less than 48  No refund / No credit   

    Pisconeri Workshops reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop, class, or field trip due to circumstances such as low enrollment, weather or illness. For international travel workshops, cancellation decisions will be made 60 days prior to the start date. In all cases, retainers and payments will be refunded in full.


    Gift Certificates

    Give the gift of creativity and exploration with a Pisconeri Workshops gift certificate.

    • Payment is required prior to issuance.
    • Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
    • They may be applied toward any private lesson (tutoring) or photography or culinary workshop offered by Pisconeri Workshops.
    • Each certificate is valid for two years from the date of purchase, offering flexibility for planning and scheduling.
    • Looking to surprise someone with a hands-on experience? A gift certificate is a thoughtful way to support their creative journey.


    *Refunds for workshops involving travel arrangements are subject to a cancellation fee. This fee covers non-recoverable expenses associated with the group package, including: - Hotel accommodations - Transportation ( ground travel, transfers) - Group entrance fees - Other pre-booked travel-related costs We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be transparent and fair. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided upon registration for each travel-based workshop.
